Residential & Commercial Sales

  • Copy of Deed of Ownership
  • Inventory, if applicable
  • Land Tax Receipt for the current year
  • Leasehold receipt, only in the case of leasehold land
  • WASA Receipt and Certificate of Clearance (to completion date)
  • T&TEC receipt (to completion date)
  • Consent to Assign the Lease, if applicable (from Director of Surveys, if the land is leased from the State or City Council or the Lessor)
  • The release of Mortgage IN ESCROW and Discharge Statement showing a daily accrual of Interest, if applicable
  • Completion Certificate from the Local Government Authority – Only in the case of a newly constructed building, if applicable
  • Completed SOLD Caribbean Know Your Customer (KYC) Form
  • Two Forms of Valid Government issued identification
  • Proof of Residential Address

Condominium & Townhouse Sales

  • Copy of Deed of Lease
  • Inventory, if applicable
  • Land Tax Receipt for the current year
  • Lease Rent Receipt for the current year
  • WASA Receipt and Certificate of Clearance (to completion date)
  • T&TEC receipt (to completion date)
  • Management Receipt (to completion date)
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association for the Management Company
  • Share Certificate – ORIGINAL on completion (only in the case of a Company limited by the shares, not guarantee)
  • Letter from Management Company stating maintenance fees and what they include
  • Confirmation of Sixth Schedule Annual Returns for the Management Company
  • The release of Mortgage IN ESCROW and Discharge Statement showing a daily accrual of interest, if applicable
  • Consent to Assign the Lease, if applicable (from Director of Surveys, if the land is leased from the State or City Council or the Lessor)
  • Completion Certificate from the Local Government Authority (only in the case of new development)
  • Completed SOLD Caribbean Know Your Customer (KYC) Form
  • Two Forms of Valid Government issued identification
  • Proof of Residential Address

Land Sales

  • Completed Massy Know Your Customer (KYC) Form
  • Two Forms of Valid Government issued identification
  • Proof of Residential Address

  • Completed Know Your Customer (KYC) Form
  • Two Forms of Valid Government issued identification
  • Proof of Residential Address
  • Documentary evidence of the source of funds for the purchase price
